Southeastern Wisconsin is the hidden gem of the Upper Midwest and a place we love to call “home.” So many communities in southeastern Wisconsin offer us the benefits of a small town while still just a short drive to big city attractions such as shopping, unique dining, professional sports and the arts.
Raising our three lovely daughters in Lake Country with my husband, Don, has been easy and fun because of the closeness of the community, convenient shopping, numerous outdoor activities and the excellent educational experience. Before moving to Waukesha with my family as a teen, I lived in a small town in northern Wisconsin and I desired the same type of environment for our family to experience. We have found that here!
Who is Cynthia Klenk?
I am a full time real estate agent, wife and mom to three beautiful daughters and one son-in-law. In my free time you will find me enjoying the company and laughing with friends and family, reading, running or biking in the beautiful nearby trails and backroads. I love working on my tennis skills, boating, downhill skiing, and entertaining our little golden doodle, Willow.
I have always loved to browse the housing market and dream about ways to make spaces beautiful. Our daughters will tell you they have many memories of hours spent going through the Parade of Homes and driving around looking at vacant land. We fell in love with Lake Country before our daughters were born and have designed and built two homes in the area with our talented architect brother-in-law. I enjoy taking what I have learned to make our home a comfortable and welcoming space for all to enjoy and assisting others with their housing needs and desires.
Exceptional Customer Service - Experience
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I spent many years in customer service and management assessing client and employee needs and coming up with solutions. My earlier career and training taught me the importance of offering exceptional customer service and that is what I expect from myself and others. As a full service real estate agent, I bring solution based problem solving to each and every interaction.
In addition, supporting the endeavors of three active daughters gave me the opportunity to volunteer in our daughter’s schools, and meet needs in their classrooms, workrooms, and health rooms. I also had fun organizing talent shows. The many hours spent cheering from the sidelines of countless soccer, volleyball, track and tennis matches are now spent supporting and cheering my clients on to successful closings. I understand very well the housing needs of people from all walks of life, including active families, those starting out in the housing market and clients looking to downsize from their current home.
